We Thank you for selecting our "bamboo pride" band bamboo glue building template.Please read this operation instruction carefully before using it.
    一、Application Scope：
This product is suitable for the horizontal template in the skyscraper, cut strength wall, perpendicular wallboard,viaduct, crossroads, under water project, the tunnel and roof beam post template,etc..
    二、How to cut：
Pls select for hard alloy woodwork round saw. The proposal saw slice diameter is φ305mm, number of tooth:100, thickness of teeth: 2.5-3.2mm, rotation speed: 3000-3600r/min. The track should be straight. Try to keep steady and not shaking while the saw is working. When taking irregular geometry form, pls use high speed portable electric saw at present．
    三、Seal the side and mend the paint：
Our template has been sealed the side before moving out of the factory.Pls brush 3 times with water resistant paint before recutting or drilling．If you find serious scar or other damage to the template, you shold also brush it with aldehyde paint．
    四、Paving method for bamboo glue building template：（for reference）
Pave it perpendicularly and closely to the above of the template.Try to lessen the sew between the templates. The neighbour board should be padded steadly.Size 5x10cm or 10x10cm is suitable.The board sew should be inlayed with oily or adhesive tapes to avoid leaking oar and imbruing the edge.You mustn't hit the board with hard things or beat by stick and you cann't throw it arbitrarily or draw it on steel board．
1.roof mould：first pave square board horizontally on the scaffold with interval1-2m, then pave square board perpendicularly with interval0.4-0.6m.If the thickness of the concrete is more than 200mm, the interval should be decreased．
2.wall mould：pave three square board perpendicularly behind the template, then pave two square board horizontally and bond them together. Pls save room for wall-passing screw and stand awry timbering．
3.Beam mould and pillar mould: Cut the template according to the size, save room for wall-passing screw and stand the awry timbering. Use short scaffold to lock up the four sides of the pillar mould．
    五、Cleaning the board：
When using for the first three times, it needn't to add pattern-drawing pharmaceutic. Afterwards, you should clean the board in time every time but mustn't scrape the board with hard thing．
    六、Storage method：
After using, the bamboo glue template should be put in the flat ground above the square board. For long time storage, the enviornment should be kept ventilation and avoid sun and rain. If possible, pls cover it with water-resistant cloth．
